Ms. Redhorse has diverse experience in utility, roadway infrastructure, water conveyance systems, nuclear facilities, and tunnel rehabilitation projects during her 20-year career.
Ms. Redhorse has worked as a design engineer, project engineer, project manager, and program manager. She possesses Professional Civil Engineering Licenses in New Mexico, Arizona, and California and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
For twelve years, she worked at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission where she worked on a diverse portfolio including several upgrades to San Francisco’s aging water infrastructure. The work included City Distribution District (CDD) projects and an inspection and rehabilitation of the 100-year-old tunnel in Hetch Hetchy near Moccasin, California. After leaving the SFPUC, Ms. Redhorse’s career shifted to supporting federal projects at Los Alamos National Laboratory.
During Ms. Redhorse’s career, she served on the Navajo Nation’s Board of Directors for the Navajo Engineering & Construction Authority (NECA). Ms. Redhorse is passionate about promoting indigenous representation within the engineering and construction industries. While at LANL, Ms. Redhorse was the Co-Chair for the American Indian Employee Resource Group (AIERG) that aimed to promote indigenous representation at LANL.
