As a young child, the founder was deeply influenced by her grandfather, a World War II veteran. His guidance and encouragement to work hard, finish school, and pursue her passion for engineering played a defining role in her journey. Before his passing, he helped shape her vision of a career rooted in both cultural identity and technical excellence. Redhorse Engineering exists to create a space where professionals can lead, contribute, and thrive in the fields of engineering and construction.

The Redhorse logo was designed by the founder as a personal reflection of Southwestern art, culture, and legacy.
