Redhorse Engineering (RE) is a 100% Navajo and Woman-owned professional services firm based in Santa Fe, NM. We offer a range of project management roles and engineering support for civil infrastructure projects across the Southwest. Our experience encompasses water and wastewater systems, tunneling, facility modifications, and transportation improvements for local, state, county, federal, and tribal clients. We are proud to support tribal communities through projects that enhance roadway infrastructure and water conveyance systems. Additionally, we provide opportunities for full-time engineering careers and part-time engineering jobs, reflecting our belief that well-delivered projects create meaningful, long-term impact.

Most opportunities at Redhorse Engineering are part-time engineering jobs or on-call (hourly/contract). While a limited number of full-time engineering careers may open as we grow, currently we support assignments in New Mexico. However, as Redhorse Engineering expands, work assignments may extend to Arizona or California. Some assignments may require in-person support with remote collaboration as dictated by the project needs. Due to project requirements, U.S. citizenship is required for all positions.
