Redhorse Engineering (RE) is a 100% Navajo and Woman-owned professional services firm based in Santa Fe, NM. We provide project management and engineering support for civil infrastructure projects across the Southwest. Our experience includes water and wastewater systems, tunneling, facility modifications, and transportation improvements for local, state, county, federal, and tribal clients.

We take pride in supporting tribal communities through projects that improve roadway infrastructure and water conveyance systems.

Most opportunities are part-time or on-call (hourly/contract). A limited number of full-time roles may open as we grow.

Currently we support assignments in New Mexico, however, as Redhorse Engineering grows work assignments may extend to Arizona or California.

Some assignments may require in person support with remote collaboration as required by the project needs.

Due to project requirements, U.S. citizenship is required for all positions.
